Alex M. Wildey 68, of Johnsburg, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 21, 2022 at his home. He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years Jeannine Larsen Wildey, he was the boy next door. They dated all through high school and then married after high school May 24, 1975. They then had two sons Andrew Mason (Lisa), Tyler James (Nicole), sister; Donna (Craig) Kuba, Donald (Rosie) Wildey, many nieces and nephews.

We all started Epic Deli we now have lost the founding “Father of Epic Deli”, but we will continue on with his legacy as he would want us to. He was very passionate about his music and loved to play the guitar. He even taught his boys how to play the guitar. He was such a great man, father and boss. He will be missed by so many. We were so blessed to have had him in our lives for as long as we did.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Donald and Rosalie (Denafrio) Wildey, grandson; Devin Wildey.

A Celebration of Life will be held January 25, 2022 from 3:00 to 6:00 PM with a 5:00 PM service at Northern Illinois Funeral Services, Inc 31632 N. Ellis Drive, Volo, IL 60073.
