Colleen Ellen (Wall) Beck, 74, of Fox Lake, IL, passed away on March 13, 2024 surrounded by her family.. Born to Mary Ellen (nee Powell) Bosch and embraced by John Bosch as a daughter, Colleen came into this world on July 14, 1949, in Oak Park, IL. Her passions included the fairways and greens of golf courses, the joy of exploration through travel, and the serene beauty of cruises, with a particular fondness for St. Thomas and St. John, which she frequented with her dear wife, Priscilla.

Colleen’s zest for life was infectious, and she cherished every moment with those whom she held close to her heart. Her love extended to her beloved dog companion, Emme, who was a source of comfort and support. A pillar of strength and encouragement, Colleen took immense pride in the triumphs and milestones achieved by her children and grandchildren.

She leaves behind a legacy of love and enduring memories for her children: Bridget Schuler-Beck (Kip Kaminscky), Megan (Luis) Sanchez, William (Missy) Mazur, Sheryl (Mark) Morgan, John (Julie) Mazur, and Jerry (Gina) Mazur. Her light will continue to shine through her cherished grandchildren: Daniel Schuler, Zachary (Kayleen) Schuler, Dylan (Mannon) Sanchez, Brenden Kaminscky, Noah Sanchez, Billy (Amy) Mazur, Sarah (Michael) Rowack, Alyssa (Jeff) Morgan, Logan Mazur, Audrey Mazur, Austin (Elise) Mazur, Samantha Mazur, and Brianna Mazur.

Colleen reunites in heaven with her beloved wife Priscilla and her parents, who preceded her in death.

The family invites you to join in celebration of Colleen’s life, which will be conducted in July. In place of flowers, the family kindly requests that contributions be made in Colleen’s memory to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital at 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, a cause close to her heart.

Rest in peace and enjoy embracing your loved ones in heaven. You will be missed more than you could of ever imagined
