Fay Greene (nee Morris) 76, of Lakemoor, IL passed away peacefully at home with her loving family by her side. She was born June 22, 1946 in Tinley Park, IL to Mike and Muriel (Yokum) Morris. She grew up in Mt. Vernon/Tinley Park, IL. She graduated Tinley Park High School in 1965 and worked as a key punch operator at Oaks Industries for many years. She married Robert J. Greene February 10, 1972. She was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church. She enjoyed doing crafts. Fay enjoyed being with her family.

Fay is survived by her loving family, daughter; Terry (Dan) Powell, son; John (Suzanne) Greene, grandchildren; Stephanie (Greg) Hayes, Dylan Powell, Jacci Greene, Danessa Powell, Christine (Rob) Peake, Jessica Greene, Michael Peake, siblings; Jean Morris, Thomas Morris, Muriel Diane Ellul, Bernard (Laura) Morris and many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded is death by her parents, husband Bob Greene, son Jeff Greene and grandson Austin Powell.

She made us smile and chose to love us unconditionally. Fay will be truly missed.

Visitation will be held Friday September 9, 2022 from 10:00 to 11:00 am with a 11:00 am Service at Holy Cross Lutheran Church 2107 Three Oaks Rd., Cary, IL 60013. Interment will follow at Windridge Memorial Park 7014 S. Rawson Bridge Rd., Cary.
