Mary L Beck (Landry) 84 of Elk Grove Village passed away peacefully at home on May 11, 2022. Mary was born in Portland, Maine on January 23, 1938. Mary was the daughter of Raymond J and Mildred Landry of Brunswick.  

Mary loved animal prints (leopards and giraffes, spending time with family and friends, and loved her animals (dogs and cats).  

She is survived by her brother John and Wife Joline of Turner, daughter Mary L Jarrett, son Bobby Davis and wife Michele. Grandchildren April (Davis) Hook and husband Justin, Jonathan Davis and wife Mary, Joe Davis, Kelly Davis, Debbie (Davis) Wachter and husband Larry, and Diana (Davis) Geiman. She had 19 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.  

In addition to her parents, Mary is preceded in death by her husband Harold Beck of Elk Grove, Sister Jan Hughes and brother-in-Law Jack Hughes of Chicago, Brother Raymond Landry of Turner, and 2 sons-in-law Ronald G Pugsley and Robert D Jarrett of Winthrop Harbor.  

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the Moment Hospice Staff and Adrian Danaher-Narup for all the love and care they showed Mary. The family would like to thank Patty S and Angie for all the love and care they also showed Mary.  

A service will be held on May 20, 2022, at VFW 1112 Sheridan Road Winthrop Harbor, IL 60096. The celebration will be from 4 to 8pm. All are welcome to join in this celebration of life and dinner.
