Michael A. Ferrille, 58, died on April 24, 2022 after a long, courageous battle with cancer. He passed with all his family by his side.

Mike was born December 11, 1963 in Chicago to Samuel and Mary Ferrille. As a kid, he loved to play games. He enjoyed shooting pool, throwing darts and turning wrenches. He loved many things, but he hated to lose. Mike was a carpenter by trade for most of his young life. He built homes for more than 25 years. Aside from building homes, he had many different trades of interest including seal coating, creating beautiful decks, even acting as our family mechanic. In 2010, he made a career change. He started truck driving school to obtain his CDL. He worked over the road until he was trained enough to be home with his family daily. He last drove a truck for his “second family” at CALco Pallet Company of Richmond Il.

Mike was survived by his wife of many years Rose(Ventura), his 3 daughters; Kristina(Lee Winkler) Ferrille, Jacklyn Ferrille, and Rachel(Chris) Punnett; six grandchildren, his brother Sam and his sister Renee. Mike will be remembered for his devotion to motorcycles and his love for his family, especially all his grandchildren.

Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, May 28, 2022, from 11 to 3 at McHenry Moose Lodge, 3535 N. Richmond Road, Johnsburg, IL. 60051
