Michael Don Lewis, 68, passed away on August 9th, 2023 surrounded by his family.  Michael is survived by his wife of 47 years, JoAnne , sons Matthew (Rachel Mendoza), David, grandson Evan and granddaughter Annabeth, sisters Vickie (Carl) Smith, Lisa (Ruben) Charo, sisters- in-law, brothers-in law, mother-in-law Vivian Nemanich, many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and a great, great nephew.  Preceded in death by his parents, sister Debbie, and two nephews.

Visitation will be on Monday August 14, 2023 10:00am to 11:00am preceding the 11:00am funeral mass at the Church of St. Patrick, 15000 West Wadsworth Road, Wadsworth, Illinois. Inurnment at Ascension Cemetery, Libertyville following the mass.

Donations in his memory can be made to the American Cancer Society or  NAMI.
