Owen Francis Dudley Moore, 61, of Fox Lake, IL, passed away peacefully at home on August 19, 2023, with his beloved wife and best friends by his side.

In 2011, Owen was diagnosed with metastatic Gastrointestinal Stromol Tumors (GIST). He became a pioneer, helping others by participating in two clinical trials of new drugs for the rare mutation of this particular cancer.

Owen is survived by his loving wife, Jennifer (nee James) Moore; his brothers, Keith (Lisa) Moore and Kevin (Rachel) Moore; his in-laws, Tom (Kathy) James; brother in-laws, Patrick James and David (Jennifer) James; his nephews and nieces: Justin, Christina, Catherine, Allison, Erika, Elsie and Aleister; and his many friends and business associates.

Owen will finally rest in Montana, where his heart has always been.
