Philip A. Augustin Jr. 64, passed away peacefully September 7, 2022 at Vista East Hospital in Waukegan. He was born March 10, 1958 in Vacherie, Louisiana to the late Etterine (Conway) and Philip Augustin. He accepted Christ at an early age. His final wishes were to come to Chicago to be with his family.

He leaves to cherish his memory his 2 loving sisters; Vera (John) Peete, Etta Augustin, 1 aunt, Margaret Ellis, 4 nieces; Eboni, Ashley, Jonnitta, Rickeeta, a host of great nieces, nephews, cousins and friends whom loved him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and grandmother’s; Vera Conway and Lucy Augustin.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday September 16, 2022 from 12 to 1 pm with a 12:30 Service at Northern Illinois Funeral Services, Inc 31632 N. Ellis Dr., unit 209 Volo, Il 60073. Inurnment will be private.
