Robert “Bob and Pops” Jensen 81, of Fox Lake, Il passed away March 16, 2020 at his home with his loving family by his side. Bob was born in Chicago and moved to Fox Lake in 1954 and graduated from Grant High School in 1956 and went into the United States Navy after graduation. He moved back to Fox Lake and married Judy Kitterman in 1961. He held several jobs before getting into Real Estate in 1974 he was the founder and owner of Continental Real Estate North in Fox Lake for 45 years. He was a member and president of Fox Lake Chamber of Commerce and on the planning and zoning board, Grant High School board and president, Fox Lake Village Trustee, coach and president of GTAAA boys little leagues and Lakeland Cardinals, GJB for 10 years. Loved his family and supported them in everything they did always. He had many friends and he loved his children’s friends.

Bob is survived by his loving wife Judy of 58 years; children, Scott (Brenda) Jensen, Dawn (Terry) Joerns, Brian Jensen, Jeff (Heather) Jensen, 9 grandchildren, Amy (Billy) Mazur, Courtney, Rileigh, London, Kevin, Bailey, Chad (Christine) Baker, Nick and Kyle; Great grandchildren; Talan, Max and Elsa.

In lieu of flowers donations would be appreciated to JourneyCare Hospice.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
