Thomas Michael Polasik, 37 of Bourbonnais IL, Passed away on 12-23-24

The memorial service will be held at Northern Illinois Funeral Home 31632 North Ellis Dr Volo, Il 60073, from 1-3pm.

Tom was born in Chicago Il on June 12th 1987. Tom was married to Christine on 12-13-12. They were married for 12 years. Tom worked as maintenance in many communities, he worked at the railroad on the hit squad. Tom loved football, cars , basketball, fashion, fishing and also spending time with his friends and family, which he cared for very much.

-Ross Michael Wolf (Son)

-Benjamin Michael Wolf (Son)

Tom had many other family members in his life that loved him such as nieces, nephews, andfriends of the family.
