Bruce Johnson Foote

Bruce Foote Thompson 70, of McHenry passed away peacefully October 28, 2022. Bruce had served our country and was a survivor of a POW camp. He enjoyed working as a truck driver for many years at the Arrow Transportation Group. Bruce was a kind, giving and caring man who helped many people whether it was a warm place to stay, money, encouragement or to just lend an ear. Bruce was always very generous and giving of himself. He will fondly be remembered and in his honor, we encourage everyone to do something kind for someone.

Bruce is survived by his loving brother Scott Thompson and his cat Smokey whom he loved so much!

There will be a celebration of life Friday December 2, 2022 from 5:00-6:30 pm at The Other Side 135 Beardsley St., Crystal Lake, IL 60014.
