In early morning of June 10, 2020 Larry Leon Langston 85 was called home. He entered this life on March 18, 1935 in Washington, Arkansas. He was the sixth of thirteen children to Floyd Sr. and Idella (Winfield) Langston. He was united in marriage with Yoshiko (Hanashiro) Langston who preceded him in death July 9, 2015. Larry served his country for 20 years in the United States Navy with an Honorable Discharge. He then went to work at Lake County Sheriff’s Department with 20 years of dedicated service. To know him was to admire, love and respect him. He loved his family and supported them in everything they did. He had many friends and he loved his extended family and friends. He was never shy about giving his honest opinion or saying how he felt. He is survived by his loving children; Judy, Janet and Niomi Langston, fond grandchildren; Lance and Myumi Ware, 2 sisters; Shirley (LeRoy) Luckett, Edie Langston, 1 brother Dupree (Carol) Langston. Larry was preceded in death by his brothers, sisters and their spouses; Earnest, Odell, Aubrey, Doris (Ellis) Lindsey, Floyd (Lula), Willa (Dell) Robinson, Winston (Joyce), Doyal, Teresa (Johnny) Partida.
